An additional charge of 300 SEK for staying with a dog seems excessive, even though the room includes a small dog bed and two bowls. The breakfast buffet is extensive, but the included dinner consists of just one daily changing dish and a small salad buffet, with no dessert offered. The staff is friendly and welcoming to dogs. The parking garage costs 290 SEK per 24 hours, but there is free overnight parking available on public streets in front of the hotel.

The breakfast was awesome, everything you could possibly wish to eat, with all types of bread, pastries, fruit, yoghurts, hot and cold meats, eggs etc. The foyer, bar and dining areas are very elegant and I loved the original elevators! Overall super hotel situated in a very smart part of town.

I felt we stayed in a historical hotel in town. This hotel has a charm. I like the customer service and the breakfast and dinner was very tasty and yummy and it was nice that it was included in the room rate. I felt the hotel was very generous and they’re giving. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay.

From check-in to check-out, everything was done really well. Staff: prompt despite many customers checking in, friendly, helpful. Facilities: well-maintained, clean and comfortable. Food: excellent spread for breakfast from traditional Scandinavian to those more mainstream Western and Continental style breakfast. Location: close to amenities, restaurants, bars, attractions including the Karnan, ferry terminal, shops etc.

The room and associated spaces were incredible. The food was delicious and well organized. And the world needs more Andre's (the night manager)! He was fantastic.

The property was excellent. The room was comfortable and compact as it said on the site. I had dinner in the restaurant and this exceeded my expectations as did the breakfast choice. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend, and I would stay again.

friendly staff, including the catering staff, great breakfast, having dinner was handy to have in house (the mushroom soup was excellent). Fika was nice to have. Parking convenient but expensive. Handy location for the ferry to Denmark.

We loved our stay - our family suite was perfect with our three kids, the beds and linens were so cozy, the complementary. tea, dinner and breakfast was amazing!!! would definitely stay here again. The staff were almost so lovely and friendly!
